RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the date received. All return requests must be emailed to email@example.com. Upon approval, merchandise can be shipped back at the buyer's expense with provided RA# within 5 days of approval.
- All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging.
- There is a 25% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging.
- There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for all items returned without a RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted packages, or past the 5 day grace period.
- We will not accept any items being returned after 14 days from the date received.
- For full store credit, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of items.
- For non-damaged goods, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- All good should be inspected as soon as the package is recieved.
- Damaged items must be reported within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise in writing through email stating the reasons for return.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details regarding the damage, including the reason for the return and an image of the damage/defect. We will issue a call tag to return the merchandise to our facility.

- Exchange for a lower priced item, a merchandise credit will be issued to the account.
- There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging.

- All sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
