RETURNS / EXCHANGES

RETURNS 

  • All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging.
  • There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging.
  • There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned without a RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted packages, or past the 5 day grace period.
  • We will not accept any items being returned after 15 days from the date received. 
  • Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed.
  • For non-damaged goods, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs for the merchandise. 

DAMAGES

  • RA (Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon receival of merchandise in writing through email stating the reasons of return.
  • Please email info@all-row.com with verbal and visual details to provide proof of damage. We will issue a call tag to return the damaged items back to our facility.
  • There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned without a RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted packages, or past the 5 day grace period.
  • There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging.

EXCHANGES

  • All items being exchanged must be in its original condition with original packaging.
  • Exchange for a lower priced item, a merchandise credit will be issued to the account. 
  • There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Order cancellations must be requested by written form: info@modrefclothing.com / or call us at 213) 741-062.
  • All sale items are final.
  • You have until 5 days after purchase to cancel your order. Please contact us to get confirmation of the status.
