RETURNS / EXCHANGES

RETURNS 

Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the date received. All return requests must be emailed to returns@modrefclothing.com. Upon approval, merchandise can be shipped back at the buyer's expense with provided RA# within 5 days of approval.

• All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging.
• There is a 25% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging.
• There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for all items returned without a RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted packages, or past the 5 day grace period.
• We will not accept any items being returned after 14 days from the date received. 
• For full store credit, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of items. 
• For non-damaged goods, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

DAMAGES

• All good should be inspected as soon as the package is recieved. 
• Damaged items must be reported within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise in writing through email stating the reasons for return.
• Please email returns@modrefclothing.com with details regarding the damage, including the reason for the return and an image of the damage/defect. We will issue a call tag to return the merchandise to our facility.
• There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for all items returned without a RA, refused and unaccepted packages, or past the 5 day grace period after a return is approved.

EXCHANGES

• All items being exchanged must be in its original condition with the original packaging.
• Exchange for a lower priced item, a merchandise credit will be issued to the account. 
• There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Order cancellations must be requested by written form: info@modrefclothing.com
• All sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
• No refunds
